Charlie Sullivan

Charlie, the founder of The Fox Club, kicked off his property investing career in 2017 alongside a demanding corporate role heading up the global strategy and business development arm of a successful engineering company, Tekmar Energy, in the north east of England.  

As a former chartered mechanical engineer with a diverse background in engineering, sales, and strategy, Charlie brings the precision and strategic thinking from his engineering background, combined with his experience in steering companies to new heights, including a being an integral part of the senior management team that successfully took Tekmar public on the London Stock Exchange for £65m in 2018.

Since then, he has grown a portfolio of residential and commercial property, largely in the north east of England and helped hundreds of property investors start and scale their property portfolios.

Paul Pickering

Paul's love for property started when he studied Architecture back at University. However, a career in the military was calling and he spent the next 13 years as an Army Officer. During his military career he gained a wealth of experience; Commando trained, a qualified project manager and an instructor through various roles. He left at the rank of Major.

During his military career, he realised the benefits of property investment as a long term wealth strategy and started building a portfolio with a view to leaving the military in order to spend more time with his family and work on his passion. He has realised his goal in 2024 and is now full-time in property. Paul has built an impressive portfolio of BTLs, HMOs and Social Housing properties in the North-West of England.

Through The Fox Club he now combines his love of property and coaching to help aspiring property investors start and scale their own property portfolios.
