David Guest

David started investing in property, properly, in 2020, with a small commercial conversion, in South-East London, turning an estate agents office into a 1-bed flat. The property was purchased for £120k, refurbished for £58k, and revalued at £240k, all during COVID.

Since then, his dual strategy has seen him go in heavy on direct to vendor marketing, for commercial premises in the South-East, focusing on properties with permitted development rights.

Current conversion deals secured, in development or under option agreements are in excess of £7m GDV, whilst structuring them to limit risk as much as possible. He’s a firm believer that concentrated hard, consistent work will bear results.

He's also built a small portfolio of properties in the North-East, for cashflow. 

Charlie Sullivan

Charlie kicked off his property investing career in 2017 alongside a demanding corporate role heading up the global strategy and business development arm of a successful engineering company, Tekmar Energy, in the north east of England.  

As a former chartered mechanical engineer with a diverse background in engineering, sales, and strategy, Charlie brings the precision and strategic thinking from his engineering background, combined with his experience in steering companies to new heights, including a being an integral part of the senior management team that successfully took Tekmar public on the London Stock Exchange for £65m in 2018.

Since then, he has grown a portfolio of residential and commercial property, largely in the north east of England and helped hundreds of property investors start and scale their property portfolios.
